Technologie - Übersicht

Im Rahmen von Konzeptstudien untersuchen wir für unsere Kunden wie eine leistungselektronische Lösung erarbeitet und umgesetzt werden kann. Dazu führen wir Technologieuntersuchungen durch, simulieren Komponenten und Systeme und erstellen Konzepte für die Umsetzung von Geräten und Systemen.

Die Systeme können simulativ vom einzelnen Leistungshalbleiter bis zum kompletten Gerät incl. Filter und Peripherie untersucht werden. Auch die Untersuchung und Optimierung der Komponenten- und Fertigungskosten kann Bestandteil einer Studie sein.

Many applications for inverters, DC/DC converters, and power supplies require integration into a higher-level industrial control system. We offer our customers numerous options for communications with field-bus systems such as ProfiNet or EtherCAT.

For complex control strategies, modular converter topologies, and large multilevel converters, we use our own, proprietary control platforms that are based on a hybrid DSP/FPGA architecture.

To realize DC/DC converters with high efficiency, we use converter topologies with resonant switching.

ENASYS has a wealth of experience in this area – we have been exploring, experimenting, and using multilevel topologies for over 10 years now. By using multiple converter cells, the virtual switching frequency can be boosted

We conduct application-specific technology studies to aid the selection of an optimal semiconductor technology. The characteristics of the power semiconductor regarding conduction, switching, and thermal/power-cycling are analyzed.

Most product specifications can be reached using conventional switch technologies like MOSFETs or IGBTs. However, for applications that demand high-switching frequencies or very high efficiency, we use wide bandgap semiconductors.
