Wide Bandgap Semiconductors
Most product specifications can be reached using conventional switch technologies like MOSFETs or IGBTs. However, for applications that demand high-switching frequencies or very high efficiency, we use wide bandgap semiconductors.
For example, single SiC switches are available in conventional package types. Integrated semiconductor modules with integrated SiC switches are available for high power applications.
In the event that commercially available modules are not satisfactory to meet project goals, we offer development of custom, individual designs based on IMS substrates.
